Quality Concerns
If you encounter any quality-related issues, please provide clear photos of the items on a flat, well-lit surface. This helps us resolve the matter swiftly and efficiently.
Return and Refund Conditions
We offer replacements or refunds for products with significant issues such as items being damaged, defective, or not as described upon arrival.
Return Timeframe
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team is ready to guide you through the process.
Refund Processing
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Once your return is completed, you can expect to receive the refund within 5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
- After delivery, you have a 30-day window to request a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
For any damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Please notify us immediately upon discovering any issues with your order.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, return shipping is on us, and we will cover the cost.
- For other cases such as size issues or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Returning Goods Policy
Returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, or customer remorse are generally not allowed. In special cases, we may accept returns subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the buyer covering the full return shipping cost.
Note: Custom-printed orders, including those with personalized names or details, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order for correct size and customization details before purchasing.
Products Returned After the Cancellation Period
Return requests initiated after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, we allow exchanges with a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer must cover the return shipping cost.
Cancellation Process

Lost or Delayed Orders
